DAY 1THESSALONIKI – NIKAIA – CITY TOUR – CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL

Meet at “Macedonia” Airport and board the flight to the famous city of Nice, France. Arrival at the airport and immediate transfer to the city for a panoramic tour of the cosmopolitan capital of the Côte d’Azur, also known as the “Paris of the Mediterranean.” The city uniquely combines its stately history with modern life, offering an atmosphere full of elegance, vibrancy, and Mediterranean charm. During our tour, we’ll walk along the famous Promenade des Anglais (Promenade des Anglais), the city’s iconic seaside boulevard lined with impressive Belle Époque buildings, such as the Negresco Hotel and the Palais de la Méditerranée. Next, we’ll see the central Place Masséna, the city’s modern library, and the Nice Acropolis Convention Center.

Our tour continues toward Cimiez Hill, home to the city’s historic heart. Along the way, we’ll pass through the elegant Cimiez neighborhood, with its imposing 19th-century mansions, including the Regina Palace, the former residence of Queen Victoria. On the hill, we’ll visit the church and gardens of the Franciscan monastery, enjoying a panoramic view of the city. Afterward, we’ll have free time in the historic center of Nice. We recommend a stroll through the Old Town (Vieux Nice), with its picturesque alleys, local shops, and the traditional market, as well as the old port, where you can enjoy coffee or dinner at one of the many restaurants and cafés in the area. Nice offers a vibrant atmosphere, beautiful parks and gardens, museums, and churches, while also being an ideal place to relax and explore the region’s cuisine. Late in the afternoon, transfer to the hotel in Nice, check-in, and overnight stay.

DAY 2NICAEA - MONACO - SAINT-PAUL-DE-VANCE

After breakfast, we’ll leave the hotel to begin a tour of the cosmopolitan Côte d’Azur. Our first stop is the glamorous Principality of Monaco, one of Europe’s most iconic symbols of luxury, cosmopolitanism, and refined elegance. Upon our arrival, we’ll explore the principality’s historic and political center, dominated by the Prince’s Palace of the Grimaldi dynasty, with its imposing architecture and centuries-old history, dating back to the 13th century. We’ll also see the Cathedral of Our Lady, a site of special historical and symbolic significance, which is also the final resting place of Princess Grace Kelly.

Our tour continues along the legendary Formula 1 circuit, where one of the world’s most famous motorsports races takes place every year. We then head to the idyllic medieval village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, a true treasure of Provence. Surrounded by well-preserved walls and nestled amid the region’s natural beauty, the village has long been a haven for artists, painters, and intellectuals. The cobblestone alleys, the small art galleries, the flower-adorned corners, and the stone houses create an atmosphere of authentic medieval charm and French elegance. We’ll then return to Nice in the early afternoon, where we’ll have free time to leisurely explore the city’s historic center. In the afternoon, return to Nice and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 3NICAEA - CANNES (TOUR) - MARSEILLE (TOUR)

Breakfast at the hotel, then departure for a spectacular journey through Southern France, with the first stop in cosmopolitan Cannes. Arrival in iconic Cannes, the city that symbolizes the French Riviera, where elegance meets the international glamour of cinema and high art. During our tour, we’ll stroll along the famous Boulevard de la Croisette, one of the most recognizable seaside boulevards in the world, with the sea and the stately Belle Époque hotels as a backdrop. Upon our arrival, we’ll begin a panoramic tour of the city, where the striking contrast between its historical heritage and its modern multicultural vibrancy unfolds. We’ll see the old port, the heart of Marseille, with its fishing boats and distinctive Mediterranean atmosphere, as well as the impressive Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde, which towers over the hill, offering a panoramic view of the entire city and the sea. Next, we’ll explore lively neighborhoods, full of colors, scents, and culinary influences from across the Mediterranean, reflecting Marseille’s multicultural character as a crossroads of peoples and cultures. The city impresses with its dynamic energy, its maritime atmosphere, and its unique authenticity. In the afternoon, we’ll arrive and check in at our hotel in Marseille.

DAY 4MARSEILLE - AIX-EN-PROVENCE - AVIGNON - ARLES - NÎMES

After breakfast, we depart from Marseille and head toward the heart of Provence and the famous spa town of Aix-en-Provence. A city with a rich history and a strong Roman influence, known since ancient times as Aquae Sextiae, thanks to the hot springs that served as a focal point for the Romans and laid the foundation for its development. Today, it is one of the most sophisticated and elegant destinations in Southern France, with an aristocratic character and a distinctive cultural identity. Upon our arrival, we’ll begin a tour of the historic center, where architectural harmony, refined aesthetics, and a sense of timeless elegance come together to create a unique setting. The narrow cobblestone alleys, the bright squares, and the imposing urban buildings are flanked by cafés, bistros, small boutiques, and traditional shops, creating a lively yet romantic atmosphere.

The city’s centerpiece is the impressive square with the Rotonde fountain, a symbol of Aix, as well as the famous Avenue Mirabeau, one of the most beautiful pedestrian boulevards in France. With centuries-old plane trees, ornate fountains, and stately buildings, this avenue perfectly captures the character of the city, which strikes a balance between history, art, and modern life. Next, we’ll visit the historic 17th-century City Hall and its distinctive clock tower, and there will be free time to stroll through the picturesque narrow streets, where daily life in Provence unfolds through colors, scents, and images of authentic French elegance.

We then depart for Avignon, one of Provence’s most historic and imposing cities, known as the “City of the Popes.” During our tour, we’ll admire the magnificent Papal Palace (Palais des Papes), one of the largest and most significant Gothic buildings in Europe, which bears witness to the period when the city served as the seat of papal power. We’ll also see the legendary Avignon Bridge (Pont Saint-Bénézet), a symbol of the city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the medieval walls and picturesque alleys of the historic center, where the atmosphere transports visitors to another era.

The journey continues to Arles, a city with a rich Roman heritage and a vibrant artistic spirit, associated with great artists and the authentic identity of Provence. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. In the evening, there will be free time for a leisurely stroll through the historic center of Arles. The illuminated squares, the narrow streets, and the cafés of the old town create a peaceful yet lively atmosphere, ideal for a first glimpse of the city’s character, in a setting steeped in history, art, and authentic French charm. DAY 5NIM - BEZIER - CARCASSONNE (GUIDED TOUR)

Breakfast and departure from Nîmes, heading toward southern France, with our first stop at the historic city of Béziers, an authentic Mediterranean destination with deep Roman and medieval roots. The city is built amphitheatrically above the Orb River and stands out for its imposing cathedral, its old bridges, and its picturesque narrow streets, which exude genuine French provincial charm. During our tour, we’ll explore its historic center, with its small squares, stone-paved alleys, and vantage points offering panoramic views of the valley and the wider Languedoc region.

We’ll continue our journey to one of Europe’s most iconic and well-preserved medieval destinations, Carcassonne. A legendary city that seems to have sprung from a movie set, with double walls, towers, battlements, and cobblestone streets that transport visitors to another era. Upon our arrival, we’ll tour the famous medieval citadel, a unique fortified complex designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The imposing Counts’ Castle, the impressive entrance gates, the stone towers, and the narrow inner alleys all combine to create an atmosphere of absolute historical authenticity, where every corner seems to tell centuries of history. There will be time for a leisurely stroll, taking photos, and exploring on your own, so we can enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of Carcassonne, discover small traditional shops, and enjoy the views from the ramparts—all of which offer a truly unforgettable experience. DAY 6CARCASSONNE - ALBI - BORDEAUX

After breakfast, we depart from Carcassonne and head toward one of the most impressive and culturally significant cities in southwestern France: Albi. Our route takes us through the heart of Occitanie, through peaceful and authentic French countryside landscapes, with rolling hills, vineyards, and small traditional villages that highlight the region’s authentic character. Arrival in Albi, a jewel of a city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built amphitheatrically on the banks of the Tarn River. The city impresses with its unique architectural identity, dominated by the imposing Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, the largest brick Gothic structure in the world, which inspires awe with its fortress-like character and exceptionally rich interior decoration.

As we tour the historic city center, we’ll explore a labyrinth of picturesque alleys with characteristic red brickwork, small, atmospheric squares, and vantage points overlooking the Tarn River, where the iconic old Pont Vieux bridge stands out, offering visually stunning scenes and an authentic medieval atmosphere. There will be time for a leisurely stroll and coffee in the city center, so we can experience its unique rhythm, which combines historical depth with vibrant daily life.

This will be followed by a guided tour of the estate’s grounds, in a setting that highlights the region’s expertise, passion, and long-standing winemaking tradition. In the afternoon, we’ll return to Bordeaux, wrapping up a day of exceptional aesthetic and cultural value, dedicated to the viticultural heritage and culinary identity of Southwest France, with sights, scents, and experiences that harmoniously blend flavor, history, and landscape.

DAY 8BORDEAUX - WINE MUSEUM - LA ROCHELLE (GUIDED TOUR)

After breakfast, we’ll depart from Bordeaux, with our first stop at the city’s impressive Wine Museum—a modern, elegant, and thoroughly immersive space dedicated to the history and culture of wine. Through interactive exhibits and themed sections, we’ll explore global wine culture in a more “vivid” and vivid way, we’ll explore global wine culture, as well as Bordeaux’s deep connection to the tradition of winemaking, which has shaped the region’s identity.

We’ll then head to the enchanting coastal city of La Rochelle, one of the most charming and atmospheric cities on the French Atlantic coast. Our route takes us through the tranquil landscapes of southwestern France, alternating between vineyards and farmland, until we reach a destination with a distinct maritime character and unique architectural identity. Arrival in La Rochelle and a tour of its historic center, where the old harbor forms the heart of the city and creates a truly postcard-perfect scene, with medieval towers standing imposingly at the harbor entrance. DAY 9BORDEAUX - RETURN FLIGHT

After breakfast at the hotel, the rest of the morning is free for travelers. Those who wish can take one last leisurely stroll through downtown Bordeaux, enjoying one last look at the city’s elegant architecture, its squares, and the unique atmosphere of France’s wine capital. We will then depart for Bordeaux Airport. Arrival at the airport, followed by our return flight, bringing our trip to southwestern France to a close with the best impressions and unique memories.
